How it works

Upon receipt of your order our staff will send you an acceptance confirmation of your order and approximate lead time. We have over 6,000 sq ft of warehouses and hold many of our most popular ranges in stock. Delivery for ex stock items are normally 7 – 10 working  days, and non ex stock items will be despatched within 6 -14 weeks .



Our Couriers

 We have carefully chosen our dedicated furniture delivery companies who have been working with us for many years and take pride in what they do.  Our delivery men are careful to ensure your goods are delivered to you in perfect condition. We use 2 man crews for larger items so you don't need to help.

We deliver to UK, Europe and further afield.  Please contact us for Ireland Europe and Worldwide shipping costs, and we will have the cost calculated for you per consignment depending on the size and weight of your chosen items.

Our deliveries 

We have shipments from our suppliers on a regular basis via shipping containers .

As you probably know we do not purchase our furniture from UK wholesalers who have their own mark up  which the consumer ends up paying . We remove that layer and  pass the  savings back to you and  pay our suppliers a fair price.


Keeping you informed

We will quality control check your goods thoroughly prior to handing them to the delivery team. When your order leaves our warehouse we will contact you via phone or email. Once the order has been received at the delivery depot for your area you will be contacted once again to arrange a suitable delivery date.

 Delivery to your Room of choice

Larger items such as Sofas, Beds, Chests of drawers and Armoires are delivered to the room of your choice. Items such as Bedside tables, chairs and smaller decorative accents are delivered to the door only.

 Please check all items on delivery, before signing for them.  In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged, please telephone us straight away - whilst the delivery driver is with you - so the item can be returned immediately and a replacement arranged.

White Glove Service

We also offer a White Glove service whereby the items will unpacked, packaging removed to be recycled and furniture assembled.  All of our items come assembled with the exception of Dining Tables,  Dressing Tables and beds. There will be a small charge of £40 per order.

The delivery cost is calculated when "add to cart" is selected. Typical charges for UK Mainland  Delivery range between  £20.00 -  £75.00  and are calculated by area , weight and per order.

 If there are access issues we offer the option to dissemble and reassemble an armoire to the room of choice. This service carries  a charge or £50.00 + Vat per armoire and covers our delivery teams time.
